Alpha Status
Angel Snack is an in-development alpha. Features, balance, content, availability, accounts, saves, and progression may change, break, reset, or be removed as development continues.
Eligibility
You may use Angel Snack only if you can form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Accounts and Guest Play
The game may support Google sign-in, guest accounts, local-only browser play, or desktop authentication depending on the build and server configuration. You are responsible for activity under your account or guest session. Do not share credentials, impersonate another person, or try to access another player's profile.
Game Data
Angel Snack stores gameplay data so the game can run, resume progress, sync profiles, and improve the alpha. Depending on how you play, this may include local browser storage, account profile data, guest profile data, run summaries, combat or encounter summaries, view/referrer visit beacons, user agent data, and related diagnostics.

Do not submit sensitive personal information through game fields, feedback channels, logs, or account names.
Acceptable Use
- Do not disrupt, overload, attack, scan, scrape, or interfere with the game, servers, accounts, telemetry, or build systems.
- Do not bypass access controls, admin checks, account gates, rate limits, or security measures.
- Do not use the service to distribute malware, spam, unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Do not exploit bugs, automation, or modified clients to damage the service or other players' experience.
Intellectual Property
Angel Snack, including its game design, text, artwork, audiovisual assets, account systems, and service experience, is owned by Andrew Popov or used under applicable licenses. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to play the game for personal use.
Source code licensing is described on the License page. Third-party software, services, fonts, and generated or curated assets may be subject to separate terms.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, bug reports, ideas, balance notes, or suggestions, you allow Andrew Popov to use them without restriction or compensation for development, testing, publishing, and related purposes.
Third-Party Services
Angel Snack may rely on third-party services such as Google sign-in, hosting providers, analytics or telemetry infrastructure, browser APIs, desktop runtime components, and open-source packages. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Discord Bot
Angel Snack may operate a Discord application or bot for release announcements, patch-note lookup, API health checks, and admin-only release workflows. Discord use is also governed by Discord's own terms and policies. Bot commands may be restricted to configured servers, channels, users, and roles.
Do not use the Discord bot to spam, harass others, evade permissions, trigger abusive requests, or interfere with the game, server, Discord application, or community channels.
Suspension and Changes
Access may be limited, suspended, blocked, reset, or discontinued at any time, especially for security, abuse prevention, operational issues, alpha testing needs, or Terms violations. These terms may be updated as the game changes.
No Warranty
The game and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. You use them at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Andrew Popov will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, profits, goodwill, or availability arising from your use of Angel Snack.
