Angel Snack is an alpha game and related service operated by Andrew Popov. By using the game, you acknowledge the collection and use of information described here.
Information Collected
- Account information, such as Google account identifiers, name, email address, and avatar when you sign in with Google.
- Guest account identifiers when guest play is enabled.
- Game profile and save data, including settings, unlocks, stash entries, run history, active run snapshots, character choices, rewards, deck data, and progression.
- Gameplay telemetry, including run summaries, encounters, combat-log summaries, outcomes, classes, seeds, level, gold, cards played, potions used, duration, and similar balance or diagnostics data.
- Discord bot information, such as Discord user IDs, guild IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, command names, command options, interaction IDs, timestamps, signed interaction payload metadata, and messages the bot posts or receives through commands.
- Visit and technical data, including view names, referrers, cookies, browser local storage, user agent, approximate request metadata, and server logs.
- Feedback or support information you choose to send.
How Information Is Used
- To provide the game, accounts, guest sessions, profile sync, saved-run resume, desktop auth, and account hall features.
- To debug crashes, investigate abuse, protect the service, enforce access controls, and keep admin-only tooling restricted.
- To understand game balance, progression, encounter quality, and alpha readiness.
- To operate Discord bot features, verify Discord signatures, restrict commands to allowed channels, users, and roles, post release notes, and run allowlisted API health checks.
- To communicate about support, feedback, security, or service changes when needed.
- To comply with legal obligations and preserve rights or safety.
Local Storage and Cookies
The browser build may use local storage to keep profiles, active runs, pending sync data, recovery data, settings, and similar game state on your device. The web service may use cookies or comparable storage for visitor identity, sessions, auth, guest mode, and telemetry linkage. Clearing browser storage or cookies may delete local progress or sign you out.
Sharing
Angel Snack does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be disclosed to service providers that help run the game, such as hosting, database, auth, desktop, Discord, or infrastructure providers; to Google as part of Google sign-in; when required by law; or when needed to protect the service, players, or rights.
Retention
Profile, account, telemetry, and log data may be kept while the alpha is operating and for as long as needed for development, security, diagnostics, legal, or operational purposes. Alpha data may be reset, migrated, archived, or deleted as the game changes.
Your Choices
- You can play without Google sign-in when local-only or guest access is available.
- You can sign out, clear browser storage, or delete local site data through your browser.
- You can request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help by contacting the publisher.
- Some requests may require identity verification and may be limited where data is needed for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Children
Angel Snack is not directed to children under 13, and the service is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact the publisher so it can be reviewed.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect player data, including account/session controls and server-side access checks. No service can guarantee perfect security, especially during alpha development.
Regional Rights
Depending on where you live and whether a privacy law applies, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of personal information. Angel Snack does not currently sell personal information. Contact the publisher to make a request.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the game, account features, telemetry, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are published.
